We host our website with Webflow. The provider is Webflow, Inc, 398 11th Street, 2nd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA (hereinafter: Webflow). When you visit our website, Webflow collects various log files including your IP addresses.
Webflow is a tool for creating and hosting websites. Webflow stores cookies or other recognition technologies that are necessary for the presentation of the page, to provide certain website functions and to ensure security (necessary cookies).

The use of Webflow is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. We have a legitimate interest in the most reliable presentation of our website. If a corresponding consent has been requested, processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO and § 25 para. 1 TTDSG, insofar as the consent includes the storage of cookies or access to information in the user’s terminal device (e.g. device fingerprinting) as defined by the TTDSG. We use Brevo for sending newsletters. The provider is Brevo, 55 Rue d’Amsterdam, 75008 Paris, France. Brevo is a service which organizes and analyzes the distribution of newsletters. If you provide data (e.g., your email address) to subscribe to our newsletter, this data will be stored on Brevo servers in the EU.
Data Collected: Email address, name, and preferences.
Purpose: The collected data is used for sending and analyzing newsletters.
Legal Basis: The data processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke your consent at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter. The legality of the data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.
Analysis: Brevo allows us to analyze our newsletter campaigns. When you open an email sent by Brevo, a file contained in the email (called a web beacon) connects to Brevo’s servers.

This allows us to determine if a newsletter message has been opened and which links you clicked on. In addition, technical information is collected (e.g., time of retrieval, IP address, browser type, and operating system). This information cannot be assigned to a specific newsletter recipient and is used exclusively for the statistical analysis of newsletter campaigns. The results of these analyses can be used to better adapt future newsletters to the interests of the recipients.
